Erytromelalgi

Definition:
Episoder av kärlutvidgning vanligast på extremiteter.
Förekomst:
Sällsynt sjukdom.
Symtom:
Lokal brännande smärta, värmeökning och rodnad i episoder som varar från minuter till dagar.
Kliniska fynd:
Uttalad rodnad, värmeökning och ömhet, i regel symmetriskt på händer, armar, ben eller fötter. I ovanligare fall i ansikte.
Diagnostik:
Diagnosen ställs på klinisk bild.
Behandling:
Symtomlindrande behandling. Det finns ingen botande behandling.
